Emergency call out rate jobs
One hour rate fees apply to call out and maintenance without sending an estimator
Example jobs:
- Replacing / repair door lock
- Repairing broken windows
- Replacing / repair electrical sockets
- Unblocking a service pipe
- Fixing pipe leakages
Fixed cost jobs
Some of jobs have pre-estimated cost. The cost is fixed before engineer arrives
Example jobs:
- Replacing door lock / door panel
- Replacing water pipe and tape
- Electrical testing (EICR)
- Repair heating system
- Installation of air conditioning
Planned projects
For planned projects , we will give a fixed price before start

- Fitting shower system
- Painting & Decorating
- Flooring
- Refurbishment

Sometimes ,with smaller jobs and emergency repairs , there's no need for an estimate. Our engineer may need to start work immediately without giving an estimate. In this instances , we charge a fixed hourly rate ( 1 hour minimum ) that covers any time for work needed to complete the job.
If you wish our engineer to carry out an investigation to scope the job but then decide not to go ahead , you will still be charged for their time to that point ( half an hour minimum ).
